GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • We are based in Zurich at Bellevue, situated in the heart of the city within walking distance of all major hotels.

  • Our medical and administrative teams speak English, German, Arabic, Russian, French, Portuguese and Spanish. Additional languages are available upon request.

  • We recommend booking an appointment in advance. Walk-in visits may be possible depending on availability, it is always advisable to call prior to come

  • Yes. We accept Swiss insurance plans and the international health insurance policies will cover our treatments (where usually you will have to re-claim the money from your international insurance after payment of our invoice). Our team is happy to support you.

  • Billing can be made directly to your Swiss insurance provider. Otherwise, patients receive a transparent and detailed invoice. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, cash or other internationally accepted payment methods. Depending on the case you might be required to pay a deposit prior to your visit.

  • Yes. Our International Patient Coordinators will assist you with scheduling, travel, translation, all logistical needs and others you might need.

  • Our invoices will be covered by most of the international health insurance providers and also by life insurance providers. In most of the cases it will be advisable to contact the insurance company prior to your visit to be able to reclaim the money after the visit. Our team is happy to support you prior to your visit.

MEDICAL SERVICES & SPECIALTIES

  • We provide a wide range of specialties, including internal medicine, cardiology, orthopedics, dermatology, gynecology, preventive medicine, rehabilitation, mental health services and more. We tailor our medical services to each patient’s needs, often in collaboration with selected partner institutes.

  • Absolutely. We offer personalized health check-ups, executive screenings and preventive medical programs, including check-ups for life insurances.

  • Yes. We provide a certain range of vaccinations, including seasonal flu, hepatitis, Shingles and other immunizations. Specialized vaccinations such as Rabies and/ or Yellow fever however we don’t offer unfortunately.

  • Yes. We offer telemedicine appointments for initial consultations, follow-ups and second opinions. Best is always submitting the medical files beforehand to assess the previous medical history.

  • Yes. We offer integrated treatment plans that combine physical, psychological  and lifestyle therapies when appropriate.

  • Absolutely. Our team collaborates across disciplines; medical doctors, psychologists, physiotherapists, nutritionists and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care.

INTERNATIONAL PATIENT SUPPORT

  • Yes. We help international patients with hotel bookings, medical travel arrangements and professional translation/interpreting services.

  • Yes. We support patients by providing the necessary medical documentation and confirmation letters required for visa applications.

  • We provide end-to-end coordination: pre-arrival consultation, medical planning, travel support, accommodation assistance, treatment coordination and post-care follow-up. If needed a nurse and/ or a doctor can fly to the country of origin to support prior to traveling and/ or to assure the handover after a treatment in Switzerland.

  • Yes. Our VIP concierge service includes priority appointments, private lounges, personalized care coordination, luxury accommodation support and exclusive assistance throughout the entire stay.

CORPORATE & SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS

  • Yes. Companies can book customized corporate health programs and medical screenings.

  • Yes. Often life insurances need a medical assessment and/ or blood sample, drug screenings and others prior to conclude a new contract. These are services we provide with pleasure, be it in our clinic or if your schedule is tight also at your place of choice.

  • Yes. We have a proven partnership with all the major hotels in Zurich and provide services in your hotel room. We can also visit your home, either for a doctor’s appointment or a nurse’s visit  (e.g. for blood sampling or wound dressing).

  • Yes. We have been supporting patients from all over the world and if needed we will fly to the country of origin to further support the patient, be it before coming to Switzerland, instead of coming to Switzerland or after the patient visit to Switzerland
